London Tech Week – Our Day 4 Highlights

The final day of TechXLR8 saw UK & Ireland Chief Exec Bill Keller from IBM and Alexandra Willis, Head of Comms at Wimbledon, talk about the new innovative AI sport technology ahead of the Tennis Tournament. Richard Downing, real life iron man, was the closing keynote who jet packed across an assault course on the Thames in front of a crowd of thrilled spectators.

Today the Future of Work Summit took place at WeWork, the perfect location for a conference exploring how to define the future workplace.

Jacqueline De Rojas, techUK President, opened the summit as Chairperson alongside young entrepreneur Jack Parsons, CEO, Big Youth Group.

Angela Evans from Microsoft discussed AI in action and Jordan Pettman talked about workplace analytics and its part in driving culture change at Nestle. 

Other speakers included Stuart Templeton from Slack, Gianfranco Lanci from Lenovo and brands SAP, IBM and TfL.

Creator, Actor, Comedian, Writer, Director Ricky Gervais was the Keynote at Variety TV Summit hosted at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, Mayfair.

Tonight we’re toasting to a successful London Tech Week at the sold out Tech Night Party hosted at WeWork, Devonshire Square.
