We challenge ourselves to understand our business and decide what is best for our business.

We recognise that this view excludes many in the IT profession who are used to waterfall delivery. And because we care about long-term careers of colleagues who join us, it’s better for you to know upfront that we’re looking for business owners and change leaders who understand how to design and develop solutions to deliver outcomes.

Digital transformation on this massive scale can only be led by participative leaders. Participative leaders lead with their tenacity, enthusiasm, understanding of what they do, curiosity to learn from the best across industries and the ability to deliver through matrix teams.

Secondly, we are only as good as the talent in our teams who we work with to apply design-thinking, innovative technologies and agile iterative approaches to re-imagine business outcomes. This is why we’re hiring hundreds of specialists in roles including user researchers, business architects, hybrid cloud engineers, software developers and product owners.
