Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. is a 13BN USD global professional services firm, headquartered in New York City with businesses in insurance brokerage, risk management, reinsurance services, talent management, investment advisory, and management consulting.

What was the need?

To Implement GLOBAL Oracle ERP Financial Systems sitting in over 60 countries globally, in terms of a fully project managed systems implementation, upgrade, migration adhering to local country financial regulations, to configure, develop, test and go-live. EMEA & APAC regions requiring a flexible work-force travelling to various global locations as required in a “Consulting” capacity.

Solution?

  • Contracts IT were engaged as one of 2 Global Preferred Suppliers following a rigorous Procurement exercise meeting with C-Level exec’s in the US & UK.
  • Contracts IT offered a complete team in a managed service solution with expertise from all corners of the globe including the Techno-Functional Hybrid experts required at each stage of this project. Regularly appraising project developments in collaboration with MARSH Management to a successful outcome and are now  further engaged on longer term project work.
  • Contracts IT have also introduced within the IT department a 40% increase in a Diverse workforce balance.
  • Contracts IT have also been introduced to other partner companies within the MARSH Group, highly recommended from C-Level engaging in other technical and functional areas of the business including Change, Risk, Compliance & Regulatory programmes.
